Working with the architectural team and the client's interior designer, we engineered and delivered a complete HVAC system tailored to a 9,800 sq.ft luxury residence. The scope included a VRF system with zone-level precision climate control, integrated mechanical ventilation, and coordination with bespoke lighting features including a custom star-ceiling installation and chandelier integration.
