Our business can be divided into four key areas: district cooling projects, electromechanical projects, facilities management and fit-out contracts. To add further value to these areas, we provide services tailored to the individual needs of our clients across the UAE, built on the experience and achievements we have acquired. We have achieved sustained growth since our founding by continuously applying one philosophy: identify and resolve every area of end-user inconvenience.

Logistics & Supply

Our own crews on site. Plant rooms, MEP fit-outs, retrofits, executed alongside your main contractor with the same engineers who specified the equipment, signing off on the install.
Testing & Commissioning
No project is done until it works. T&C reports, water balancing, electrical commissioning, BMS tuning, all documented and handed over with the same discipline we opened the project with.
